Our curriculum combines a scientific approach with spiritual teachings to give students a holistic
and balanced understanding of yoga. We aim to develop strength, stamina and
awareness in the body, while bringing stillness and clarity to the mind.
Our program is designed as per International Yoga Alliance standards and teaches
students various elements of
yoga that will put them on the path to become a master. The YTT course is designed for those who desire self knowledge and understanding
of the yoga sutras to become a successful yoga teacher.
The 200-hour course lasts 22 days and lays the foundation for learning all the basic disciplines and requirements of yoga. It is a detailed
course which can then
be followed by a more intensive 300-hour course (which
also lasts 28 days). Otherwise, you can choose to do the 500-hour YTT course at Pokhara
Yoga School, which lasts for 50 days and combines both of the
above-mentioned courses.
Our school aims to equip future teachers with a deep theoretical and practical understanding of yoga.
